Also my understanding was 20 was max. Could not be 21. (10+10+1 would be a no no) would have to be 9+1+10 = 20 max

Correct 20 max no matter whether you load one in the pipe or not

I went to DC this morning to drop off my Concealed Carry application and firearm registration. Was in and out in about 40 minutes and the people involved were very professional and courteous. Had to go to 3 different rooms (initial application discussion, fingerprints and then picture taken). Extremely smooth process. Maryland could learn something from DC!

Well, it's been 6 weeks since I mailed my request to add another handgun to the list of registered carry guns, and still no word from DC. Guess I would have had better luck in person.

Anybody else have a recent experience in getting a response from these bureaucrats?

Why would you think it would be quicker if you went in person?

They put your form in the pile and put their feet back up or go back to schmoozing

    Just wonderful they are..

My friend turned in his car tag when he left DC, and there was a bit of a problem. Seems DC had been issuing duplicate tag numbers. They had no record of ever issuing him his tag.
