This is a recent video from Tactical Rifleman where they test various guns on various walls (with gel behind it) to see what the penetration is. It's a rather long video, but if you want to save some time the first 3 walls get no penetration and you can skip to 15 min when they start with the drywall & studs.
Walls-
cinder block and red brick, cinder block only, drywall with insulation & studs particle board & brick exterior, drywall with 2x4 studs (starts @ 15 min), drywall with 2x4 studs insulation particle board and exterior siding, mobile home wall
Guns/ammo-
12 gauge- 7 1/2 bird shot, 00 buck, 1oz slug
