Not sure how reliable, but if true, what a Christmas present for Glock. I am a big fan of the 17, may have to look at the 19 more closely.

What a downgrade....a 226 to a Glock 19. I own both, I just think the Sig is a far better pistol. But, they know what they need better than me, I'm just a couch commando.

Just to chime in again, a pistol is just their secondary weapon. So if it comes down to using it, something went very wrong. So it only makes sense to save money on something that won't get used. A Glock is the perfect dust collector.

funny, since I've had problems with a few of the sigs I've owned, but every glock I've owned has been 100% reliable if a little less stylish than the pretty sigs.

For extreme duty I'd prefer the Glock gen2 or 3 over the Sig.
