Can't decide if I like these new grips or not

no clue what is coming over me, never had a problem deciding before. But I just can't decide if I like these grips or not. Only thing I know is I don't care for the stock grip panels on my gp100. Picked up these rams horn inserts on fleabay. I do like them better than stock, but I halfway think I would like a solid wood grip like Hogue makes better. I think for me it's just too much going on between the stainless/rubber/horn. Crazy I know, but help me decide?

They do not look good on that gun.

Old and craggy on new and modern ain't a workin'.

They would look better on a blued gun.

Pretty is nice ?? But what fits your hand and gives you the most repetable grip is what counts .

Since you asked... those probably aren't the best choice. Or in the top 10 for that matter. De gustibus non est disputandem.

I like Hogue, but on a revolver, I'm partial to Pachmayr.

Nothing like gripping some nice, hard wood.
