    I just saw this little device that would work beautifully for schools when there's a breach in security. It's something so simple, yet it looks like it would be very effective. Doors with large windows would have to be replaced, but I think this would be another layer of security for most schools.

    CCBC has these. Many others do I am sure, too.

    A simple belt strapped tight on the top arm of doors can help.

    Wish, for fire safety, teacher could keep a fire extinguisher or two. They could help in other situations even.

    The big thing with any device , is if a bad guy has the same device he can lock people out of a certain area and reek havoc at least until the device is defeated .

    But for most events i would rather have it then not have it .
