Not sure if this is posted anywhere, but once you receive an approved form 1 (stamp), is there a time limit as to how fast you need to finish the firearm/suppressor?

I don't think so. You paid your money and got approved to build, I think its now up to you. BATFE sure does take its time.

I sent out my form one right before the new year and I forget to sign the last page of it. I got a letter in the mail along with the unsigned part telling me this would be only chance to fix it and it had to be done in 30 days. Mailed that sucker right back out today lol. Thanks ATF lol. It was my first time doing a Form 1 won't be making that mistake again.
