That part was a pain in the butt for me too. Try this, keep a copy of your trust in pdf form on your 'pooter'. When you get to the part where it says upload your trust, click on your trust and then click 'Open' on the same dropdown that your trust is on. that should do it. REMEMBER TO SAVE EACH PAGE OF THE FORM BEFORE MOVING ON TO THE NEXT! Never use your computer's refresh button to go back, use theirs at the bottom of each page. If you do go back to a previous page, you will likely erase something you already filled in and saved. Make sure everything is completed again, and move forward from there.
