I've acquired a 1932 Colt 38 special revolver, which is the first "vintage' revolver in my collection.
It is in great shape, but the firing pin, which is staked in the hammer, is slightly loose. It is tight laterally but moves up and down. On-line research seems to confirm that this is normal.
Is it?
