heres my issue now I purchased the pistols at differant times but have been waiting on hql and designated firearm collector to arrive which have yesterday.
so now i want to release my p229 legion but just today I purchased a p238 legion if i fill out paperwork for both after thanksgiving will it be considered one transaction. or does transaction mean when i ordered from distributor to arrive?

I ordered both guns at different times but have not done any paperwork can that be 1 transaction or only 2?

1 transaction in my non lawyer opinion. If your gun is at the FFL and you have done no paperwork you haven’t tried to acquire the item. The aqusition starts at paperwork, not when obtained by FFL

It’s one transaction. I’ve been buying high end 1911s from BBP. Dan will email me with a new offering. I’ll hem and haw but in the end he knows I’ll buy it. It gets added to the list and I keep making payments. I eventually get them paid off before he offers again and I roll in to do paperwork. Biggest take at a time was seven pistols. Five were 1911s and two were CZs. One 77r and a $10 bucks plus a week wait was all it took to take them home.

One Transaction = Same FFL , paperwork done at same time .

If not done as . Nevermind ! If my reading comprehension properly kicked in, you stated that you just recieved your Designated Collector Letter . If so , doesn't really matter , other than maybe extra $10 .
