Just curious, why not bring a case against the state government and all of it's agents too? From Hogan on down. IANAL, but it would seem that the Chief and officer acted on behalf of the state of Maryland and as such, the state of Maryland should be held accountable for their agents' actions.

That remains to be seen. Depositions should tell one way or the other. This lawyer knows what he is doing.

In a way I hope Ramirez had a hand in it . He seemed pretty miffed at us when we went to his open house town meeting in a public venue .

The Chief had to know or instruct if chain of command was followed .

That would certainly be a gold nugget.

Way to go Patriots! They brought this trouble on themselves and need to be reminded citizens have rights, too.

Ramirez didn't have enough clout to pull it off. If it was ordered, it had to come from pretty high up. Ramirez might turn up in the chain of evidence ... and who knows, maybe there's a private email server in a bathroom somewhere.

And there in lies the true course of action. Simple D process used against them. If so this court case finds fault with the prospective AG, it will take him out of the race, possibly ending his anti constitutional political career.

Lessons learned can be used to isolate and eliminate others...

Someones petty tantrum may cost more than they ever expected.

    Jeff and DL.

    Our General George S. Pattons.

"I don't want to get any messages saying, "I am holding my position." We are not holding a Goddamned thing. Let the MCP do that. We are advancing constantly and we are not interested in holding onto anything, except the enemy's balls. We are going to twist his balls and kick the living shit out of him all of the time. Our basic plan of operation is to advance and to keep on advancing regardless of whether we have to go over, under, or through the enemy. We are going to go through him like crap through a goose; like shit through a tin horn!"

Jeff and Kevin Hulbert (with a little help from Gen. Patton.)
