Is this even legal to be bought by a non-LE? Beretta's website says it is for LE only. A dealer I emailed said it is legal for non-LE.

I STRONGLY suspect that you can buy it legally. Benelli says the same thing about some of their guns and I they're sold to non-LE all the time.

The one pictured at the link has a 14 inch barrel. The 18.5 inch barrel model should be legal.
