The asst atty general who represents MSP and is assigned to the board as well, but now that their is a former judge on the board things IMHO will become very interesting when the judge and the atty have a "discussion" on the finer points of law. The MSP if i understand correctly represents the state before the admin law judge and my question is this when did MSP become lawyers for the state????
It's been their "policy" for some years now; just not written down yet. They stay at a Holiday Inn Express just before the meetings.
