    Stay tuned, County Executive Leopold is taking his show on the road and is going to ask for the General Assembly to approve this ordinance.

    Apparently, we were spot on in our assessment and, realizing that this law was in itself illegal, he needs the General Assembly to change state law to let them continue it.

    More as it comes. We'll need to attack this vigorously.
