And I won't carry in PA on an NH NR permit. I'll be arrested because my NH permit is for NR and you say it's only for residents not a non resident. :lol2:

The rest of us will enjoy CCW in PA.

Ahhhh. Just do as I do during the various time out periods when some combination of Pa or NH have their knickers in a knot.

Open Carry in Pa ( I didn't lose anything in Phila.)

What I find disturbing is 100 dollars for a 3 hour class. My Texas LTC class was 6 hours and 75 dollars, add the 15 dollar range fee and it was only 90 . Cost of the LTC is 25 bucks (Veterans) . I don't recall what the fingerprinting was but was cheap too. Think a total of 150 would cover it. I can carry in 33 states with it

I paid $50 for the TX ltc class including range time.

IIRC the fingerprint fee for TX permit is 10 dollars. You must first submit your app to TX DPS before scheduling the appointment. One vendor handles all fingerprinting for the entire state Identago Solutions IIRC.
