The best response might be 5 odious bills that she's helped sponsor. Just the list, 1-5 with bill numbers and nothing else.

Since it will get deleted soon, we'll make it available for eternity.

Pretty certain she uses that for political purposes...

Oh yeah, right there in the landing page tag line -
"By Authority of Committee To Elect Vanessa Atterbeary, Veronica Morrow, Treasurer."

Senator West sent out an email trying to spin away his deeply thought out position in this bill and why he voted for it.

I resent that I'm on his email list.

This says it all from his Sen. West's letter:

If I believe that the passage of a gun bill will lead to a reduction of gun violence on our streets, I will vote in favor of it.

Plus, I think he needs a lesson on how a bill becomes law. The Governor has not yet acted on it, but he may have insider information.

I voted for the compromise bill, and it was enacted into law.

Apparently the special session has not yet been called. In fact, the MGA web site was updated recently to say the next session is Wed. Jan. 13, 2021, 12 noon.

The Governor could very well not act on the bill and use his being "too busy with COVID-19 response" as cover. It would then become law without his signature on it. Isn't the timer on that 30 days from when the bill hits his desk?

    I was thinking that too.
