ACLU is not really in favor of free speech any more either. They will only pursue cases where interests are "balanced" and the speech is deemed not harmful. Not harmful to their progressive base, that is. ACLU is just another progressive social justice organization now.
In other news NAACP just started a tracking stock that is indexed to socially beneficial companies.
