OK, This is not directed towards Skipjacks, but a reminder FYI...
The day before Sandy Hook, I ordered 1000rds of Wolf 7.62x39. When Sandy Hook happened, they cancelled my order due to a "backorder". Two hours later, the identical item (same sku even) was back in stock for more than double the price.

I have never bought anything expensive from them.

I have used them for cheaper stuff and been hapoy

What do they do that has gained them so much scorn?

What if they suddenly put the item on sale at 50% off before your order shipped? Would you cancel your order?

Not the same. Backorder means they don't have the item. They had the item and lied to increase the price.

They very clearly were price gouging. I placed the order and paid them- that is a contract. Defend them all you want with poor analogies; I still won't shop there again.

I used them frequently before Newtown and THIER gouging sealed the deal and they never recovered.

There always seems to be better deals out there too.

This thread is a good reminder to all not to use them

This right here. Bought pre 10/1 stuff like complete NF lowers and other things due to pricing. Then like said above. Other places did the same. I also do not frequent them.
