    You can get them on raise.com for up to 15.8% discount for $25 cards. Higher value cards have a lower discount. Not aware of any promo codes at the moment. Raise is my preferred source of the online resellers. Never had a problem.

    Most of the time you have a choice. There's as little icon to the left of each listing indicating whether it's a physical card or electronic (email). If email, you generally get it within minutes. I have always opted for the electroninc version; you can always print it out if you want to use it in-store. Or, you can download the Raise app and access it that way for in-store use.

    By the way, this may be today (Feb 7) only, Raise is offering an extra 7% off Cabela's (and other) gift cards. So, $25 gift cards are a net of 22+% off. Up to a toal of $15 in extra savings.
