The AGC is open every day except Christmas and New Year's Day.

Short term problem is that you need be a member of an affiliated club with a range badge or friends with a member who is going.
Long term solution many different clubs hold new member walk through's into the fall before folks say they will wait till January. (Range Badge is for a calendar year)
Worth it if you head to the range on a regular basis.

I recommend that anyone who is interested in joining a club at the AGC check out the events calendar on the website: associatedgunclubs.org and review the events that different clubs are having. You can use the AGC web link to contact the clubs that use the range. I believe most, if not all of the clubs welcome guests at their events.
Arlington Rifle and Pistol Club has 3-gun shoots, steel plate rifle steel plate pistol shoots and Bust Fest Trap shoots year round. We also have a Juniors team that teaches 3 position shooting for air rifle and small bore rifle. Arlington's website is: arlingtonrpc.org. Check out the events calendar for upcoming events. We have a Steel Plate Pistol shoot and (2) 3-gun shoots in October. Send me a PM if you are interested in attending an Arlington event as a guest.
