The Dan Wesson Pointman is on the roster. The model number says ALL and the calibers say 38,45,9.

See above #3. I am 99.9% sure its already there. If your FFL seems to think otherwise, call on Monday.
Unless the gun does not function when they test fire it, or it is pure junk, it won't get rejected.
Does not matter in this case, as the gun IS already approved on the Roster.
