    I was told at the last match my 1911’s are the rattiest looking guns but they run. I guess that means lots of character, hard use... and I don’t put much into the finish.

    No, they didn’t show the test target on Gunbroker. It’s more the aggravation of sending the slide out to have new tritium put in. Thanks.

    yes i'd contact them and ask for new sights. you shouldn't have to send the slide out, pretty easy DIY. and with model year changes and the like, yes it's a little misleading to say NIB when it's a few years old, that should have been disclosed.

    You know how the face of the hammer and the bottom of the slide wear the finish off of each other? I kinda figure the idiot scratch is just normal wear like that :shrug:
