    Sorry, it has been a long day. Finally had some down time after dinner and decided to spend it with my family, which ended in a fiasco. Anyway, I am just now getting back to the board.

    Yep, that is the correct snippet from the Howard County Ordinance. To think I used to shoot clays and sight in rifles at that farm. Cannot do that anymore. Wish I had known about this before making the move here in early 2010. Would have been more reason to look at Carroll County.

    The MoCo weapons law brochure linked to above says in the exceptions paragraph "where necessary to protect life or property or to kill a dangerous animal." My tomatoes are my property and I want to protect them from squirrels! I'm serious, this should be included.
