Just heard active shooter in Balto, but I can't confirm.

Anyone hear anything?

Looks like two civilians and one police officer were shot.

Suspect in custody.

It was a 30-year old man responsible for a triple shooting in the city last night and shot at more people this morning as they were fleeing police.

Murder-2 or Felony Murder are potential charges. Manslaughter also. Depends on the circumstances.
