Hi all,
Had a great experience dealing with an Online Retailer...thought I'd give them a shoutout since it seems like us C&R types are used to getting lame service.
Without getting into the boring details, they are the kind of people that I will be happy to do business with again. The gun shipped without the second mag, but a quick email and they followed up with apologies and got it right in the mail.
I told him I appreciated his approach, and would spread the word...consider the word spread!
