I'm just wondering if anyone knows of any classes that are not offered on Saturdays. All the classes I seem to find are on Saturdays, but my work schedule doesn't allow for me to take these classes.

Is the old MSP online training card still good "for anything"? or do you need that as well as the HQL?

I do not think they are "required" for anything but I keep mine in my gun papers file because it proves I had safety "training" before a certain date. You never know when some new law will have some grandfathering provision and I want to be able to smother them with paper if needed.

Just got a call that from a trooper that says the Texas hunter safety course does not work if you are a Maryland resident. The trooper said that I need to have training that includes firing a weapon to qualify.

Figures. You can always contact Kenpo333 and attend one of his free HQL classes.

That is simply untrue. Ask him where in the Code or COMAR it states that. It does not. What is the Trooper's name you spoke to?
