I am looking at a Freedom Armory .45 can from Vince at Duffy's. Pistol can, but rated to .458 SOCOM SUBSONIC.

Freedom armory cans are really nice. Expensive, but nice. I have a Minuteman and fit and finish is perfect. Works as well if not a bit better than a Spectre II.

    These work awesome......Storage Cups

They also have them available in stainless.

These are for C cell so I think they will be good to go for 22.

I would suggest using stainless as they may be stronger if for calibers other than 22lr. I'm not too keen on this design on larger calibers because the weak link is the lip of the cup where the material would be thinnest.

I saw such in ebay IIRC with the advantage that the storage cups snapped together. The feedback from some buyers was that the edges of the cups rolled in after several uses with matching pictures showing the rolled edges. But the said items were aluminum. Based on the edges rolling in I guess they were using it on higher calibers.
