Lots of action going on if your watching on the website.

I had the pontoon out in the Inlet this evening. Inlet at that time is Not for the faint of heart.

One of my daughters coaches is in it. They won the last tourney. I think it was the Blue marlin one a couple weeks ago. The boat got check for just under 300K. He caught the winning marlin.

My boating, ocean-fishing friends tell me that it's not about winning the millions-of-dollars prizes, rather it's about bragging rights. After the prize money is awarded and divvied up, most boat crews just break even.

"3. The base entry fee is $1,100 per boat on or before June 1st, $1,450 after June 1st. There is no limit on the number of anglers that can registered with a boat ...."

This is for basic entry. To be in the big money you have to buy into the Calcutta's. I've been told to go all-in on the additional bets it is around $33,000
I had an old friend on the 2nd place White Marlin boat, Drillin & Billin.
