I would think anything that weighs half a pound would be somewhat of a muzzle break.....

God bless the CNC Lathe and Mill.

This is where they got the idea from. The Russian heavy machine gun brake.

The disk gives more surface/brake area than a standard T-brake.

The ports in the front of the OP brake would reduce effectiveness.

I think "The Truth About Guns" did and Muzzle Brake eval on several brakes...I think this one made it...its in a Video and he did a Exel File on Recoil percentiles on each one he tested...
