    If you are a licensed contractor and you do exterior home repairs, Please PM me.
    I have a "fix it" list from the buyer and I have until 4/18 to get things fixed.

    This is mostly exterior wood repair, non structural foundation crack repair, and one request that I need to price out that adds posts and joist to existing sun room (see watercooler).
    I need quotes by Thursday/Friday at the latest. because I have to turn in responses Sat morning.

    I am in Southern Howard County near Laurel near Rt 216
