    The actions of this Chief should not surprise anyone. She was appointed by an anti-gun mayor several years ago and serves at the current mayor's pleasure. As long as she stays anti-gun she will keep her big salary and all the perks that go with the job - - while violating her sworn oath to "defend the Constitution."
