Because the stamp wasn't in yet. I think you'll also find where someone said to contact the dealer. My guess is that he called the dealer and then he got the great news.
He was asking for it then someone suggested he call the dealer.

So let me get this straight.
1. He asked for ATF number to check status
2. Someone gave him ATF number to call
3. That someone also suggested he just call his dealer
4. He was smart and called the dealer
5. The dealer said his stamp was in
6. He's one happy mother F... but I'm not happy cause I'm still waiting !!!!!

I have one from the same day my check was cashed and I'm still waiting for a approval. Gonna be making a call today.

LOL I took your advice and just called them and was told it just came back today... Tomorrow will not be a full day at work for sure lol

Just curious, did you submit the paperwork for the omega the same time you did your Form 1?
I just called again and my form 4 with a check cash date of 6/1 is still pending as of 2/3.
