Where to pick up non-resident CCW in PA?

Greetings, Iíll be traveling to Erie, PA again soon and looking for a PSP Barrack / Sheriff to apply/pick up on the spot my NR CCW permit. Final destination is Erie, anyone know if that service is available there? Otherwise traveling from Maryland into Breezewood, onto the the PA turnpike up to Cranberry, then north to Erie. I looked on the PA site, but not much info. Thank you....

Pa no longer does NR permits unless you have a home state CCW.

Your best bet is probably Utah permit, assuming PA honors Utah.

I understand PAs requirements.

I’ll be traveling to Erie, PA again soon and looking for a PSP Barrack / Sheriff to apply/pick up on the spot my NR CCW permit. Final destination is Erie, anyone know if that service is available in Erie? Otherwise I'm traveling from Maryland into Breezewood, onto the the PA turnpike up to Cranberry, then north to Erie and looking for a location around that route. I looked on the PA site, but not much info

Reading Intl Airport there is a sherriff sub-station. I received mine (I'm from DEL) in 5 minutes. Pa counties may help. I would call them to see if they will issue to MD resident.

Centre County is a favorite among NYers for NR permits and has a reputation as a one stop shop. Maybe give them a call?
