A form 1 can is capable of rivaling a form 4 can, if made properly.you made that suppressor?
that looks exactly like the ones FREEDOM ARMORY sells that they make in house in PA. They also use titanium.

Heck, even if it was 75-80% of a form 4 can, considering the monetary savings + time savings, sure sounds worth it to me.

That's a pretty good price for a Ti and SS can, given you provide the labor yourself. I would like to go the Form 1 route for my next suppressor, but the prices of parts were high in 2016 when I bought my first suppressor.
If I had the skills and the tools I'd make a form 1 can in a heart beat. But I don't and I don't.
Do a little searching. You’ll be SHOCKED at what’s out there requiring very little effort to complete.
Did I tell you I bought a lathe? I’m particularly interested in reflex designs and large volume (2” + ID) cans.
1st project is going to be an integral suppressor for my CMMG RDB 9mm. Second will be a De Lisle inspired .44 magnum bolt gun.
