So now i wonder how long before the next court hearing on this? will the wheels of justice move so slowly or will it move at a wagon wheel turn?

In 2017 the median time from notice of appeal to opinion was 22.8 months.

    They did fast track this.

The last injunction took about a week to stay. The mag ban thing. (Not sure the current status of that)

This one, they jumped on in what? Under 24 hours?

They didn’t want the one week ammo holiday to match the mag holiday a year or so ago.

The backside is when they go slow, unless they are attempt to issue nation wide injunctions and they move fast.

I'm not sure if CA9 would fast track in a case like this. Fast track would be like a year.
