Lots of good and interesting advice in this thread.
I like the advice in the link you provided. In it there is reference to a book about prison knife attacks (Folson state pen I believe). That 50 some page book costs over 100$ on Amazon. I'd like to skim through it, and if it were much cheaper I might buy it.
