I don't think you can possess the WASR, but I could be wrong.

I do know that if it goes to an FFL, it has to go into their bound book- which is a transfer. The FFL couldn't transfer it back. People have had this issue pawning/consigning handguns without an HQL.
Due to a pending issue with my ex, I'm preemptively planning on selling my firearms. I can always buy more later, but for the time being, I think it's best i divest myself.
It's been a while since I've been active here and even a while since I've even gone to the range.
I'm looking for some recommendations for some local shops to sell/consign my small collection. AR lower, WASR, SKS's, Sig 9mm, Bersa Thunder, Mosin's, lever rifles, Saiga 12 project...
Any help would be appreciated. It was a tough decision, but it's the best for my current situation.
EDIT:
I'm in Howard County, but willing to drive. I'll put together a list and post it up as well.

UGS did very well for me when I consigned some guns with them. They moved pretty damn fast, for reasonable money.United seems to do very well.
An acquaintance once described a buddy system whereas, if certain health events occurred, the buddy knows where things like keys, "art", a filled out check, etc are kept and knows what to do, legally, with those things.
Think about putting everything into a trust then transferring the trust to a trustee who removes you. Then have them add you back on later. Then you can remove the trustee after that. The only transfer that happens is you putting the guns into the trust. Not sure how that part works with the banned firearms. Call Stoeffer legal, they are good.
