    A bill to make the Virginia State Police issue a non-resident concealed handgun permit within 90 days, HB 2253, is getting a Floor vote on MONDAY, January 28! Currently Virginia is taking long than any other state to issue a non-resident permit - ALMOST SIX MONTHS!
