I currently have nothing in .223.
Do you have a budget? And target distance?
To waste some time you could look at Tikka, CZ, Savage. If it were me looking I would want 1:9 to 1:7. Savage makes a nice one in 1:7 but it's a grand. CZ's varmint model is 1:9 and Tikka has a 1:8. But whatcha doin with it makes all the difference. Or for just a little more you could do your own with a Savage target action, the barrel, stock, and glass of your choice. Or another version of the same thing is a cheap Stevens and ditch all but the action one piece at a time as you have money and build to suit.
Or AR. Always a good choice.
