The far left has a broken inside pane. The main center one leaks sometimes and I guess the 3rd one should be replaced just for continuity. These are original builder grade windows, 15 years old. New ones can be basic as well.

Hopefully someone here can help, but worse comes to worst, I used Home Cheapo to do all my windows and was thoroughly satisfied. And I'm not a big fan of HD.

I also used HD for windows. Just like any job, quality materials, make the home owner happy. All Home Depots have contractors that they are associated with.Maryland law is one year warranty on labor. Using HD gives you another party to go after.Best of luck!

I've seen HD subs that did absolute shit work, and I've seen ones that do fantastic work. Luck of the draw.

Good luck with your project OP.

I've always replaced the thermal pane Windows. The life of these are around 10 years. I used a place in Anapolis. They seemed to have the best prices. Have them come out and measure it and note the number of slats in it. This would be a lot cheaper than replacing the whole window. My place was over 20 years old and I replaced about. 10 of them including a skylight that leaked twice. Replaced both times under warranty.
