Accurate, but so is BF44 when he uses political parties as proxies for those groups of like-minded individuals. Virginia is still politically dynamic; no particular group has become utterly dominant.

Ok , the particular " Group of People Pooling their Political Resources " by law and parliamentary procedures has absolute power , and everyone else combined doesn't even create a legislative speed bump .

And since the in power " Group of People Pooling their Political Resources " uses their absolute power to redraw electoral districts to maximize their power even farther beyond their raw numbers , they are self perpetuating .

Right. The majority has the power in state democracies. Even without the gerrymandering, Maryland’s lefty/progressive-minded voters vastly outnumber us. And so the people they pick run the show in the state legislature. Just the way that states with a majority of conservative voters have the power in their own legislatures.

The problem in MD is generational. Decades in the making. Early victims of that youthful indoctrination are now running the schools and the media. It’s now a solid feedback loop in this state.

How a Grassroots Effort Shaped a Surprise Win in Virginia for Gun Owners
https://www.theepochtimes.com/how-a-...s_3241856.html
Quote:
An “assault weapons” ban that was rejected by state lawmakers earlier this week was the result of a wide-reaching and comprehensive grassroots strategy in Virginia executed by a handful of Second Amendment advocates and organizations, according to gun rights groups.

Executives at four gun rights groups told The Epoch Times that a barrage of social media alerts, phone calls, and emails to lawmakers, office visits, petitions, public awareness campaigns, and testimonies at hearings they helped organize with members were all contributing factors to the legislation losing support in a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on Feb. 17...
This is an example we need to emulate. Too late for this year, but instead for next year when these trash bills resurface.

Will someone(s) touch base with VCDL and get some pointers that we can use?

Phil Van Cleave is not hard to find and you appear to have some time on your hands.

We have an expert on grass roots efforts here on the board and he has made many offers to help get a group started down this road, but the majority of people either aren't interested (even though they say we need to do something), or they just plain ignore his offers.

Judging by your recent travels, so do you.

And we already have folks working that aspect.

We need to locate an Info Ops specialist. This will be a long term PSYOP, not a photo op.
