$400 drop. I thought the original price was too high when I saw it posted, but now, it's a really good value. Assuming no firing cone issues, rust/pitting, etc, someone should grab this. The 27-2 and 28-2 are considered a manufacturing highpoint for these N-frame 357 Magnum revolvers.

Barrel has a thread protector, so it's clearly threaded. Looks like an over-sized bolt knob. Quite a deal for $700, truth be told.
