I'm stuck between two rifles, lol I should just buy them both. It's the M&P 15 22 OR Hammerli Tac R1A 22... what do you guys think ?

15-22 is you best bet. They are a lot cheaper than they were even 5 years ago. If you have kids great for them too, as it has the adjustable stock.
