Illinois was beaten over the head by the courts to put it, reluctantly, ahead of Maryland.
I really don’t care how it happened...just that it did. It gives hope that the Courts one day will finally set MD free. It certainly didn’t happen with the Woollard case.

Bingo... and if i remember correctly it was because their laws were actually WORSE than MD.... essentially no-issue.
