    Wondering what everyones thoughts/experiences may be as far as using stiffer springs in suppressed pistols goes? I'm putting a threaded barrel in a sig 227 tacops and i'd like to know if i should be looking for a stiffer recoil spring to go along with it. i read that the hk vp9 tactical has the vp40 spring in it...will a stiffer spring affect performance/longevity/safety?
