Tried something new the other night courtesy one of our pool team members at the bar. Stuffed Ham stuffing dip. He mixed the stuffing with sour cream and mayonnaise. Was great on crackers

I made some southern maryland ham salad. Took some left over southern maryland ham and threw in in a food processor and added mayo. Was delish.

I have had stuffed ham egg rolls from a joint in ridge, I thought they were great!

Used to run over at lunch time and bought them from Raley's when they were still owned by the Tennysons.
And you are correct. They were great! Thats where I was introduced to stuffed ham soup.

Everyone has their own preference which varies by which part of the county you were raised in.

The finished product. Done cooling outside and ready for the feast later today.

My wife and I (her family’s been in
SOMD since long before the Revolution...
mine got to Ellis Island about 1910.)
made a stuffed ham last year according to her family’s approach.
Superb!!!!!!! What a gift!!! (Yes, her...and,
    the ham, too!)

Is Captain Smith's an open-year-old shop and is it just carry out? Thanks! :D

I believe it’s open all year and they have 2-3 tables inside but I think it’s primarily carry out

They have a website or Facebook or something that you can check for times and days open

The Saint Inigoes store is no more.

Looks like its being renovated into efficiency apartments.
I was wondering what they were gonna do there. I know they have been working on it for awhile. I noticed last night when I was heading up the road that it looked like the outside was close to being done. I miss that place for a quik meal
