Steel Challenge at Shadow Hawk Defense Nov.30-Dec. 1

There will be a final sanctioned Steel Challenge match in 2019 at Shadow Hawk Defense in Hedgesville, WV, from November 30-December 1, 2019. That is the weekend after Thanksgiving. A Saturday AM group of 4 squads and a Sunday PM group of 3 squads. Due to the holidays a minimum of 15 shooters per day is needed to hold the match that day. 7 of the 8 official Steel Challenge stages will be run. Good chance for any USPSA members to get a ranking in Steel Challenge. Anyone joining USPSA/SCSA between now and the match will get credit for it also.

What stages are they doing?

Well most of the year they did 6 of 8, and the ones they did were 5 to Go, Roundabout, Accelerator, Smoke & Hope, Outer Limits, and Pendulum.
Not sure what the 7th would be from the 2 remaining of Showdown and Speed Option, but my guess would be Speed Option although it requires a deep bay due to the stop plate being an 18"x24" plate at 35 yards. The first time they announced 7 they found they could not do it so deducted $5 per gun if I remember. They have a long bay opposite the one that does Pendulum that could do either remaining stage. They started the year planning on only doing 5 like Peacemaker but found they had enough plates to add Pendulum for 6.
