Open source ADS-B info on what is orbiting overhead. Interesting flight history on this aircraft. Originated in MD this AM. Look at the flight history and draw your own conclusions

That's 300+ Ft per min. Beside that says 38Kts

I'd say that's a uav.

Live feed on WUSA was (presumably) a concealed camera in a bag or something. All I saw was crotches and asses until they set it on the ground for a while.

I'm hearing there is no Cell service there due to high use. Aren't there regulations on this during a State of Emergency ? Added infrastructure I would think. Positive news coverage so far.
