    Something just dawned on me. Isn't Chestertown in Kent County? Why would a Queen Anne deputy take this call?

    The northern part of QA Co. Along Rt.213 has Chestertown address.

    Postal boundaries and political boundaries routinely cross. Laurel, MD is in PG, AA, and Howard counties. The towns of Delmar & Marydel on the Eastern Shore are in MD and DE.

    The area south of Chestertown across the Chester River is known locally as Kingstown. South of the Chester River is Queen Anne's county, but Kingstown does not have a post office.

    Very good, long time friend's daughter is dating a QA deputy sheriff... had me panicked this morning, but it wasn't him. He was there and accompanied his buddy to shock trauma though.

    That dude was a known crazy he would stand at the street corner In Centreville and pretend to shoot at people and cars going by.

    Has to be rough being a police officer knowing any call could turn into a life threatening situation. Last year in Harford County two officers were killed at a Panera Bread responding to a call.
