    I never will understand why so make people are grossed out by wild game.

    Yep. People in high end restaurants pay out the ass for things like pigeon. Free range organic meat is wonderful. I think folks who turn their noses up at coons, squirrels, young ground hogs are nuts. Some of the tastiest critters there are.

    Barque squirrels are delicious.

    Got venison in the freezer now. Take it easy tex.

    Some are very detached from the source of their food. No doubt.

    I, though, do not eat picked pigs feet, cow tongue or beets. Unt the day I don't have to, I won't.

    Looks delicious but seems to me it would make them very tough to chew cooked this way.Am I wrong?

    Squirrel is usually tender, in my experience. One of the most nutritious meats. High in omega-3’s because they eat deez nuts.
