I never will understand why so make people are grossed out by wild game.
Yep. People in high end restaurants pay out the ass for things like pigeon. Free range organic meat is wonderful. I think folks who turn their noses up at coons, squirrels, young ground hogs are nuts. Some of the tastiest critters there are.

This is truth wrapped in several slick jokes.Squirrel is usually tender, in my experience. One of the most nutritious meats. High in omega-3’s because they eat deez nuts.
