    If we can't be a "constitutional carry" state (which all 50 states should be), the actual administrative cost of processing the license is appropriate. No more.

    its very interesting cause I feel that SOME people are saying that they SHOULD pay. Then explain why they should pay that amount.
    Those that say they will not pay anything, would still not get a CCL if it was a $1 fee/tax/surcharge?

    If there was a $1 fee for newspaper, radio, tv, church and voting, I'd be OK with $1 for 2A, but rights are not taxable
